REGLAMENTO DE LA LEY N° 1715 DEL SERVICIO NACIONAL DE REFORMA AGRARIA, MODIFICADA POR LA LEY N° 3545 DE RECONDUCCIÓN COMUNITARIA DE LA REFORMA AGRARIA
El presente Decreto Supremo tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley Nº 1715 de 18 de octubre de 1996, del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria y sus modificaciones establecidas en la Ley Nº 3545 de 28 de noviembre de 2006, de Reconducción Comunitaria de la Reforma Agraria; así como establecer el carácter social del derecho agrario.
